People see German and think it must be superior to Chinese made. This is a way of dodgy, usually Chinese, companies trying to trick the dummies and uneducated into a quick sale. The word German is a great way of disguising your product!
The truth of the matter is that the best panels in the world now come from China, and the Chinese control all the world's silicone so they control the quality of cells that other countries manufacturers can access.
