Big Liam received his 10th referral from the same electrician last week. We honestly can only say how amazing this is, and we really can't put into words our gratitude. It's been a very, very tough year for our industry due to factors totally beyond anyone's control. And to be honest, if it wasn't for our unique model, we would probably be in the same boat as so many of our competitors.
But the heart of our success has definitely been the repeat business, along with the support of some dedicated customers. Let's face it, this is very rare in our industry, and it just shows us that the extra work and effort we put into the actual customer service is noticed and worthwhile.
There's also another important point here we must touch on. Normal sparkies don't do solar and need people who specialize in it. Just as we would refer them to you when you needed electrical work, they refer us when their customers need a specialist solar retailer. This is always a sign of a good tradesman who wants to specialize in what they do best—not just have a crack at everything to get some extra dollars!
