The trouble with "We just went with the cheapest quote."

Every now and then, we see a customer's home who we quoted that went with the cheapest quote... we don't laugh when we see what happened to them, we simply give them a card and arrange to fix their system. Though, it would have been cheaper to get it done right the first time🙄
