We have to say thank you to all our amazing referral customers

Seriously, over 80% of our business last week, and it was our second-biggest week of the year, came from referrals. No words. Seriously, it actually makes us emotional to have such wonderful customers. And we are not perfect; we must stress that. But we have to feel so blessed that so many of you see what we are doing and appreciate our efforts so much.

We do need to add here that our referral bonus scheme is definitely our weakest link, and there are people who are waiting on vouchers but don't have them yet. We sincerely apologize for this. If this is you, please let us know, and we will get this sorted as soon as possible. You can give us a "clip round the ear," as they say in NZ, for not getting them to you sooner.
